Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Visit the Athloris website or download the mobile app. Click "Sign Up" and follow the registration process. You'll need a valid email address and may need an invitation code from your coach or organization.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, click "Forgot Password?" Enter your email address, and we'll send you instructions to reset your password. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.

What is an invitation code?

Invitation codes are used to join specific programs or organizations. Your coach or organization administrator will provide you with a code during the registration process.

How do I start a training session?

Navigate to the Sessions tab to view your scheduled training sessions. Tap on a session to see details, then tap "Start Session" to begin tracking your workout. You can log sets, rest times, and weights as you go.

Can I track my progress over time?

Yes! Your performance data is automatically saved during each session. View your history, personal records, and progress trends in the Dashboard and Analytics sections.

Does the app work offline?

Some features work offline, but an internet connection is required for syncing data and accessing your training programs. Any data logged offline will sync automatically when you reconnect.

How do I change my training program?

Go to the Programs tab to browse available training programs. You can enroll in different programs based on your goals. Contact your coach if you need guidance on selecting the right program.

Navigate to Settings from the main menu. Here you can update your personal information, preferences, and notification settings.

Can I use Athloris on multiple devices?

Yes! Your account and data sync across all devices. Log in with the same credentials on your phone, tablet, or computer to access your training information anywhere.

How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
