By accessing or using Athloris ("the Service"), including our mobile application and web platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including athletes, coaches, trainers, and administrators.

2. Description of Service

Athloris is a professional training platform that enables:

• Athletes to track their training sessions, workouts, and performance metrics
• Coaches and trainers to create and manage training programs
• Organizations to manage teams and athlete development
• Performance data collection and analysis
• Communication between athletes and coaches

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Age Requirements

Users under 18 years of age ("Minors") may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By registering a Minor, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on behalf of the Minor and accepts responsibility for the Minor's use of the Service.

• Training Data: Workout sessions, exercise performance, training schedules

4.2 Coach and Organization Access

By joining a team or organization within the Service, you consent to your designated coaches and organization administrators having access to your training data and performance metrics. This access is necessary for coaches to provide effective training guidance.

4.3 Data Processing Consent

By using the Service, you explicitly consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal and performance data as described in our Privacy Policy. This consent is required for the Service to function as intended.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information about your training and performance
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not attempt to access data of other users without authorization

6. Provisions for Minors

We take the protection of minors seriously. The following provisions apply to users under 18:

• Guardian Consent: A parent or legal guardian must provide consent for any Minor to create an account and use the Service
• Guardian Oversight: Parents/guardians are encouraged to monitor their child's use of the Service and training activities
• Limited Data Collection: We collect only the data necessary to provide the training services

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Athloris and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Training programs created by coaches remain their intellectual property but may be used within the platform as intended.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is a training management and tracking tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals before starting any exercise program.

Athloris shall not be liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages arising from the use of the Service or from following training programs accessed through the Service. Users exercise at their own risk.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings section. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app and require you to review and accept the new terms before continuing to use the Service. Continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
